We asked Deejay Xplosive some questions and this is what he shared with us:) Enjoy!
1. How did you meet MGK/EST?
When I first met MGK we were at a talent search called the Underground. I was the DJ. MGK had a performance slot that night. Right after his performance, I was introduced to him through a mutual friend. We chopped it up a bit, exchanged numbers, and it went on from there.
2. Fav things, music, sport…etc?
I love creating music…whether it’s through my DJing, rapping or making beats! I also love acting as well!
3. Inspirational people to you?
I am inspired by the different styles, energy and creativity of artists like Ice Cube, Jay-Z, Will Smith, P.Diddy, Russell Simons, 50 Cent, Too Short and Soulja Boy
4. What do you enjoy doing in your free time?
I like practicing on my DJing skills, playing basketball, writing raps, and hitting the studio when I have time off and of course I also love kicking it with some beautiful ladies!
5. Fav foods?
Chicken Teriyaki, Jamaican Jerk Chicken, Pizza, BBQ ribs and Lasagna
6. What do you envision your future career looking like?
My vision for the future includes me packing out stadiums worldwide. Hosting concerts for people to come see me play the music they love and yes, of course I will be starring in movies as a lead actor.
