Let’s meet Irv!

Irv met MGK during the making of 100 words and running (he linked him with Rock City to create “Leave Me Alone”) and had meetings with him in Atlanta on what he wanted to do after the mixtape was done.
In Kellyvision 9 Irv and Kells are actually in a meeting and Kells is playing Irv “End of the Road”. They kept in communication and knew their chemistry together was amazing when it came to being creative and piecing MGK’s music together for the world.
Lace Up was the first mixtape they actually did together, Irv is like his Dr. Dre and Kells is like his Eminem… lol…..since Lace Up they have done everything together.

Irv is MGK’s A&R creative director but Kells calls him his “spiritual advisor” he told us he tries to keep Kells sane…. lol. Irv makes sure anything Kells does musically is taken care of from finding the right beats like (Wild Boy, Invincible, and many more) or sample clearances to features.
Dre and Irv are the oldest on the team so they are the big brothers to the rest of the squad.

Irv enjoys collecting sneakers, eating swedish fish and resee’s peanut butter cups, traveling the world and taking pictures of random cool shit on the road. He also enjoys listening to new and old music and he learning about the history of music.
Irv’s favorite musicians are Jay-z, John Lennon and Nas
The most Inspirational people in Irv’s life are his mother, John Lennon and anyone who is passionate.

When Irv has free time he enjoys sleeping (he never have free time lol), making vision boards on what he wants to accomplish. Finding things that motivate him like watching The Secret or inspirational videos on YouTube. He also enjoys chilling with his family catching up with what’s going on in there lives. He loves playing blackjack in Vegas (and doesn’t want us to judge him…lol) and planning his future

Let’s Meet Dre,

Where Did You Meet MGK/EST- I met MGK in Tower City (Downtown Cleveland) when he used to work at the airbrush shop. I met slim and Dub when I started booking them for shows through my company Livin Legends. (Livin Legends FB)

What Is Your Job As Part Of The EST Team – No one has just one job on our team but the bulk of my responsibilities have to do with touring.

Favorite Things – Chilling with my family and friends, being creative, learning about new music and cultures, watching football and basketball, shopping, partying, I love the beach

Inspirational People: My mom, My pops, My sister, Don Hill, MGK, really all the people around me are inspirational…. I wouldn’t be anything without my inner circle of family and friends.

My favorite thing to do in my free time is SLEEP!

When I was in school I had no idea what I wanted to do. I hated authority so I knew I couldn’t do a traditional job. I hated school so much that I vowed to never use my degree after I graduated to prove a point to myself. I started my own company, with Don and Brandon, putting on concerts, events and consulting when I was 19. I think that helped me learn that I wanted to work in music and that I loved to travel. I want to do so much in my life creatively and in business. I’m no where near what I want the finished product of me to be, but I wouldn’t want to be doing anything else or working with anyone else at this point in my life.

23 Ashleigh

Say hello to Ashleigh

Ashleigh is one of my favorite EST people. She is Machine Gun Kelly’s Manager. She is definitely one of the main driving forces behind Machine Gun Kelly and EST.

Machine Gun Kelly was standing on a chair when he first encountered Ashleigh VeVerka in 2008. She worked for the Ohio Hip-Hop Awards, and Kells was trying his damnedest to get noticed by somebody — anybody — at the group’s new-music seminar in Cleveland.

Ashleigh was drawn to his energy and his passion, but mostly to his insanity. He was looking for management, and she was looking for something other than the usual too-cool-for-school rapper.

An accounting major in college at the time, she decided that day to take a chance on managing Kelly instead. They were a perfect fit.

Kells revealed to Ashleigh his state of disarray, she took the story home to her mother. (Who I love also)

Heartbroken and moved, Bridget VeVerka moved out of the Mayfield Heights apartment she shared with her three children and bought a house in town that would shelter them and her daughter’s new friends.

Since then Ashleigh has been by MGK’s side through the ups and the downs. I personally believe she is one of the main reasons EST is what it is today!
