Machine Gun Kelly dropped a new anthem for EST this week! The new track is titled, “Against The World.” Produced by EST’s own, Slim Gudz, the track begins with a sample from artist Sia’s song, “Breathe.” This song hit home for many fans; evoking all types of different emotions.
K let us know earlier in the week that this one would be something that EST would love. Tweeting: “EST is gonna fuck with this one. I always make music that me and my boys wanna hear, but this one is the kells that my fans love forsure.” After listening, it’s clear that he made this one for us; for EST. Although this is apparent to his fans, the track isn’t limited. It’s innovative, exciting, and has potential to capture the hearts of all listeners.
MGK encourages listeners to follow their dreams and to believe in themselves on this track. The line that stood out the most for me personally was, “Believe in your own abilities the way you have believed in mine. It’s time.” For many of us, this was the motivation we needed to keep living and pursuing our dreams. It is so amazing how MGK has such a personal connection with his fans and realizes the importance of keeping them close. This is how he’s created such an undeniable and amazing movement.
